February 2016 general meeting

Our speaker will be Christine Grayden who will take us through a trip made from Melbourne to Phillip Island in 1869, a mere one year after the Island was open for closer settlement. The trip has some hair-raising moments, some sad reflections, art, and famous people to be met with on the way.Meeting starts at 7.30 p.m. in the Heritage Centre Meeting Room, 89 Thompson Ave Cowes. Supper will follow the meeting.
